Who we are
Clinic AI is a patient acquisition agency for doctor owned skin and aesthetic clinics, operating in Bangalore, India. For anything you submit through this website, Clinic AI decides why and how it is processed.
What we collect, and only this
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, your clinic name, your email address, your phone number, your city, your role at the clinic, your main treatment focus, your typical package value band, your current monthly advertising spend band, and optionally a website or social link and any notes you write.
Every one of those is a business detail about a clinic. We do not collect patient information of any kind through this website, and the form is deliberately built so that it cannot.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third party trackers on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the written observation about your live advertising that we offer, and to have the follow up conversation about whether we are a fit. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other clinics, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Twenty four months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case the engagement contract governs retention instead. After that it is deleted.
Who else sees it
The two founders, and the service providers that run our website hosting, email and customer records. Those providers process it on our instructions only. We do not transfer it to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: reply to any message from us, or write to the address below, and we will act on it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
Grievances
Write to hello@clinicai.in and mark it for the Grievance Officer. We respond within one month, which is the period the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the SPDI Rules contemplate.
Changes
If this notice changes we will change the date below. We will not apply a materially different purpose to information you gave us under an earlier version without asking you again.
